These Icons were created for Saint Rita in the Desert Catholic Church, Vail, Arizona. They are hand painted glazed tile. The icons of Mary and Joseph are on porcelain are 12x12 inch tiles. All art is original by Agape Tile LLC. The ‘Three Handed Icon’ of Mary was adapted from ancient art. This icon measures 18x18 inches. Specialty, satin, gloss and art glazes give these icons a special character. You may commission us to create custom art for your church, synagogue or mosque. Custom art is either a painting or a drawing and then translated onto kiln fired tile, into handcut glass, handcut stone, handcut or inlaid gemstone, handcut seashell and handcut ceramic.
